All work and no play is no way to live -- that is what I have learned this week. I haven't had much time to post, let alone catch up on anyone else's blog. No surprise, then, that the running has been sparse.
The highlight of my week was a 2-mile Wednesday night run I was able to squeak in between meetings. It was LITERALLY a breath of fresh air in the middle of a very crazy, bleak week. After the run, I was refreshed, energized, HAPPY, and ready to take on the world again. It is amazing what getting the blood moving can do for a person!
Anyway, I might ??? be lucky enough to fit in a run tonight. Lord knows I need it. The next few weeks are just as crazy, but I hope to find more time to catch up on blogland after the weekend. Off to yet another sleeper meeting ...
Do not follow where the path may lead. Go, instead, where there is no path, and leave a trail.

Working that hard sucks, and I've been there before (currently, I have a very stress-free schedule), so return to us when you have time. RBFers understand.
